We started making and selling tamales for seasonal boutiques over 15 years ago and the orders have never stopped rolling in!
We take pride in the fact that they are FRESH, LARGE, and full of FLAVOR.


All of our tamales are a very good size, one is definitely enough for a meal. But most people can't stop at just one!

$20/dozen OR $18/dozen on orders of 3 or more (cash only please)

Great for the Holidays, parties, or just a quick meal!


We offer:

-Freshly Shredded Beef

-Freshly Shredded Pork

-Green Corn (roasted Hatch green chilis that are peeled by hand and a thick strip of cheese)

-Turkey & Green Chili (seasonal only)

-We do take special orders on 6 dozen or more (ex: beef & cheese, chicken & cheese) prices may vary

EASY Directions:

-Steam the tamales the first time from frozen for 40 min. (MAKE SURE THEYARE UPRIGHT IF THEY INCLUDE CHEESE)
-After the initial cooking, you can re-freeze them and the steaming will only take 20min.

-We DO NOT recommend using the microwave unless it is to reheat.


*The tamales are wrapped in a husk then in parchment paper to keep them moist.

You can buy a tamale pot from most local grocery stores, however, THAT IS NOT necessary. You can steam your tamales in a big pot, a rice cooker or a vegetable steamer. Just make sure to use parchment paper or corn husks to cover the bottom of the pot to prevent them from burning.
